Faith Alive in Jos recently welcomed about 30 doctors from across Nigeria for the Institute for Excellence in Healthcare and Leadership. Over five days, they dove into seminars on team leadership, medical ethics, the Nigerian healthcare system, and the power of volunteerism.

The goal? To inspire Nigerian physicians to make a global impact by staying locally relevant. By touring Faith Alive’s facilities, these doctors witnessed firsthand what’s possible with faith in God— even in challenging circumstances.
