Mission
The mission of Faith Alive USA, Inc. is to help transform the lives of the poor, vulnerable and sick in Nigeria, primarily by:
• Conducting educational outreach in the United States on the current health conditions in Nigeria and how support and action from people in the United States can make a difference.
• Providing monetary and in-kind support for programs that provide free, holistic health care and compassionate social services to the people of Nigeria.
• Working closely with Faith Alive Foundation, a non-governmental non-profit organization in Jos, Nigeria.

Kait Druffel / Director
Kait Druffel first became involved with Faith Alive in 2015 after traveling to Nigeria with her mother. While she had previously participated in volunteer efforts across several countries, her experience with Faith Alive left a lasting impact. In 2025, she joined the board as part of her personal commitment to always support one local, one national, and one international cause.
Kait is deeply passionate about health care as a human right and places strong value on health and wellness in her own life. Based in Bend, Oregon with her husband and two dogs, she holds an engineering degree from Oregon State University and has spent the past five years working at Salesforce as a Director of Customer Success.
